Following the ASHI standards of practice, we will provide you with a thorough home inspection including one attached or detached garage along with a digital report. Physical reports, upon request, will be provided at no additional charge.

An exterior only roof inspection will evaluate the condition of your roof and any exterior issues.

A whole roof inspection will evaluate the external and internal condition of your roof and any underlying issues.

A mold inspection will consist of a whole home inspection including air quality, air circulation, moisture levels, venting, thermal imaging, and at least three surface samples.
